I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2000 and I am passionate about helping people work through their pain to find a place of comfort  and peace within their body.

My massage approach is very therapuetic and effective. I follow the lines of tightness and tension in the body and use techniques that help the muscles let go and relax.  My extensive massage training allows me to utilize multiple techniques and modalities for a variety of conditions, injuries and disease.

I listen to what my clients tell me, I pay attention and then I begin the exploration through physical palpation and intuitive sensing. I will listen not only to what you tell me, but what your body is telling me.  I create a massage space that is physically, emotionally and psychically safe for you to rest and heal.  I find great joy in helping people restore to optimum physical condition.

I trained at Seattle Massage School and have continued my training with yearly continuation education studies.  I’m a member of the American Massage Therapist Association and I’m also certified Reiki healer. My varied life and work experience helps me relate to a variety of experiences and lifestyles, not much “throws me”.
